2019’s major economic development and regeneration event, this 1-day central London conference will bring together some 200 sector leaders and senior professionals to explore key topics in economic development and regeneration. With output, growth and inclusion varying enormously across the UK, and the gaps rising, it has never been more important to address the country’s inequalities – and to plot a more coherent, inclusive strategy.

Sessions for the day include:

• Growth vs sustainability

• Inclusive growth

• International trade and investment

• Local Industrial Strategies

• Transport

• Wellness and place

Other confirmed speakers include:

  • Sir John Armitt, Chair, National Infrastructure Commission
  • The Rt Hon. the Lord Bassam of Brighton, Deputy Speaker, House of Lords
  • Professor Cathy Parker, Chair, Institute of Place Management
  • Steve Dunlop, Chief Executive, Scottish Enterprise
  • Professor Danny Dorling, University of Oxford

Conference will again be held at BMA House, a first-class central London venue ideally situated within walking distance of both Euston and King’s Cross stations.
