The IED Research - From the Ground Up, Improving the Delivery of Social Value in Construction - called for urgent changes to be made, from industry, from the public sector, and from government, if social value is to deliver meaningful and tangible outcomes for society. A key recommendation was the establishment of a Centre for Excellence.
