IED CPD Online: Stakeholder Consultation

13 Nov 2023 - Online

Important - this webinar will run over 4 separate sessions, each running for 60 minutes on the 13th to the 16th November 2023.

This CPD module will explore how to successfully conduct and manage stakeholder consultation for an economic development professional.

These interactive sessions are aimed at creating a practical experience that applies to all economic development practitioners. It will include examples of good and poor practice and offer interaction with other delegates. The course will also include case studies and opportunities to apply learnings in real time as part of structured group exercises.

1. Objectives

2. Audience and Insight

3. Strategy and Implementation

4. Scoring and Evaluation
