A paper has been written by David Marlow entitled Economic Renewal in the shadow of a pandemic – A personal perspective (download from the link below).
This thought piece suggests how it seems at least plausible that ‘new normals’ post-pandemic will be fundamentally and enduringly different to prior orthodoxies. This paper suggests how this might be, and the implications for those passionate about positive progressive place making. It is set within the framework of ‘Positive progressive placemaking’ (PPP) which was drafted by the same author, at the beginning of 2020, but finally posted on May 1st during the initial UK COVID19 lockdown.
