Established in 2001, Chimera Consulting is a specialist economic development research and evaluation business. We provide high quality consultancy support to clients in the public and community sectors and have now delivered 292 successful assignments in the economic development and regeneration arena across the U.K. We are a small, flexible and socially responsible business that works pro-actively with clients to meet their goals. We pride ourselves on taking a pragmatic and solution-based approach to all of our assignments. The company continues to be led by its founder, Adam Jeffrey, who has 38 years of experience in the economic development field, including nine years in public sector roles (local government, central government and a regeneration partnership). Adam has worked as Economic Growth Advisor for the Local Government Association and has been active with the international economic development community, through the North American based IEDC.
