This application should be completed by the person who will nominated as the lead member of the organisation membership.

At the end of this form, you will be asked to create a username and password. Please take a note of your username as this will be used to login to the secure members area once you subscription is paid.

Once the organisation membership invoice has been paid, you as designated lead member will be able to login to the secure members area and set up all individual members who will sit under this organisation membership.

Anyone with less than 3 years experience is eligible for Associate Membership (and will be entitled to use the AiED designation).
