A niche property, land & regeneration consultancy established in Cardiff on 1st April 2001 by Chartered Surveyor Robert Chapman.
With twenty six years+ post qualification experience as a Chartered Surveyor, initially Robert worked as a Land Agent for Smith-Woolley, Strutt & Parker, The Severn Trent Water Authority, Powys County Council and The National Trust.
Over the last twenty one years he has immersed himself in the commercial property arena working for the WDA (Welsh Development Agency), Grimley International (now GVA Grimley) and Stephenson & Alexander before establishing his own niche practice over 11 years ago.
Our consultancy focus is on the provision of:
(i) Commercial property advice & solutions for businesses & organisations of all kinds;
(ii) Regeneration & economic development advice & solutions;
(iii) Development & investment advice & solutions
