Martin Owen, Planning/Regeneration Consultant – BE Group

BE Group is an economic development consultancy working across England and Wales and specialising in employment land studies, placemaking/masterplanning, development feasibility, planning and programme evaluation.  My degree in Economics helped me hone my analytical, research and report-writing skills which I use to support a variety of economic development projects. Since joining BE Group in 2021, I have developed these skills further while adding new skills such as mapping datasets using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and conducting in-depth consultations with commercial property agents, property stakeholders and local businesses. I am excited by the opportunities this network brings, especially in terms of learning from my industry peers and staying up to date with the latest developments.
